Kids Birthday Party Favor Ideas Under $20

My kids recently turned 4 and 2, and their birthdays are just a week apart. My son wanted a space-themed party, and my daughter is really into Mickey Mouse — not Minnie Mouse, mind you! We decided to throw them a combined party with all their friends.
